The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. The general squishyness of the class makes him binary tho: you are either full life and shielded or dead.Deathblade, shadow hunter, berserker, sorc are really fun to level, because they don't require you to think at all during the leveling phase, it's just a straight playstyle with eye-candy skills. Seems to me like Paladin is the worst as there is only 1 paladin in the top 100. They are the most annoying class to deal with. "You don't play games to win, you play games so you can make you're opponents rage quit". Sharpshooter can do that in PvP. same here, scrapper/infighter is actually the most popular martial artist class in korea, despite being low on tierlists for pve/pvp. he actually does decent in pvp, u just have to learn the combos. There's no player expression and creativity; it's all cookie cutter.As someone who has a lot of characters and does friends' raids for them and have played most classes. Peace maker gunslinger is the most fun for me since it gives a lot of options for different situations, and learning skill rotations for each situation is hard to master but fun to play. Compared to my GS main, feels more stable, relaxed and less work. Can't wait to clear more content with her and get an even better grasp of this class :)For me, Destroyer and Eso striker, and planning on making EO soulfist or gunlancer to see who I enjoy the most. Tankier than most, has a party heal and a debuff cleanse (which Bard does not have).Scouter - Transformation class with a static rotation after, looks cool but not complicated. Reaper - Bounce across the entire screen and look cool or kill yourself, damage feel meh for effort. Summoner- Solid class, both builds very strong, one piano with pets, one sort of like igniter.Chances are, you won't regret it. Anyhow as for beginner alts, Recommended : Sorc, zerk, artillerist, shadow hunter. Dont's : wardancer, gunlancer, soulfist, sharpshooter (situational), and supports (bard/pally) The ones I mentioned for "don't" are classes that either suck at lower tiers (soulfist/wardancer) or are a chore/pain to do dailies in ... fact is lost ark has the best combat system of all MMOs. end of story. playing WoW or FF14 after playing lost ark for a while is basically impossible cos you die of boredom. but to each their own. seems like you are having some mental issues tho if you stick around a sub for something you hate just to try and make others miserable.The class can stay at mid range and just dish out damage even if the guardian gets in your face you can just shield or use a ability with protection ruin or one of the build in shields in the damaging abilities. Just over all a really fun class, it’s like a male sorceress but doesn’t hit as hard and can actually take a few hits.tarkoed. It is the opposite. Braindead class, and as you say just stand there and, nothing do nothing.. 90% of warlords (dunno why they fuck they call em gunlancers now) actually believe they are tanks, doesnt know a single mechanic for anything, they lack in all aspects. Fun class tho as any other in the game. .
